These terms apply to this website and to any photography or video services booked with Okaifs Production (Timour Okaev), based in Bilzen-Hoeselt, Belgium. By using this site or booking a shoot, you accept these terms.

Prices shown on this site are starting prices and exclude VAT and travel costs unless stated otherwise. A final quote is confirmed after our first call, based on the date, location and scope of the shoot. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid.
Deposits are paid securely via Stripe (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). The remaining balance is due as agreed in your quote, and in any case before final images are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For shoots outside Belgium, the client covers all travel-related costs: transport (flights, train or car), accommodation and meals for the duration of the assignment, booked either by the client directly or invoiced separately by Okaifs Production at cost. These costs are agreed in writing before travel is booked and are in addition to the shoot fee.
You may reschedule free of charge up to 14 days before the shoot, subject to availability. Cancellations within 14 days of the shoot date, or on the day itself, are not eligible for a deposit refund.
If you book at a distance (online, by phone or by email) as a private individual, Belgian law gives consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Articles VI.47–VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, implementing EU Directive 2011/83). Article VI.53, 12° excludes this right for services related to leisure activities carried out on a specific date or period, which will normally cover a shoot booked for a fixed date. Where that exception does not apply, Okaifs Production will ask for your explicit written consent to start the service within the withdrawal period, in line with Article VI.53, 8°, so the booking is valid either way. This right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings made by businesses (B2B) or in person.
Edited photographs are delivered as a private online gallery within two to four weeks of the shoot, in web and print-ready sizes, unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.
All photographs remain the copyright of Timour Okaev / Okaifs Production. Clients receive a personal-use licence to the delivered images. Any commercial, editorial or promotional use requires a separate written licence. Okaifs Production may use images from a shoot for its own portfolio and marketing, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.
Okaifs Production makes every reasonable effort to deliver the agreed service. Liability for indirect damages, or for circumstances beyond reasonable control (illness, accident, extreme weather, equipment failure), is limited to the amount paid for the shoot, and where possible resolved by rescheduling or a partial refund.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over Bilzen-Hoeselt, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
