Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Okaifs Production (Timour Okaev), based in Bilzen-Hoeselt, Belgium, respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian data protection law.

Who is responsible for your data

Data controller: Okaifs Production (Timour Okaev), Bilzen-Hoeselt, 3740, Belgium. Contact: Okaifsproduction@gmail.com or +32 470 53 21 62.

What we collect

Name, email address, phone number, and the details you share about your event (date, location, type of shoot) when you use the contact form, WhatsApp, or email. If you complete a booking, we also process billing details and payment status via our payment provider, Stripe.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the agreed shoot and photographs, handle payment, and comply with Belgian accounting and tax obligations. This is based on your consent (contact form, chat) and on the performance of a contract once a shoot is booked (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Limited data is shared with service providers strictly to run this business: Stripe (payment processing), our hosting provider, and WhatsApp/Meta if you contact us there. Each acts under its own privacy policy and, where applicable, GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 2 years if no booking follows. Booking and invoicing data is kept for 7 years, as required by Belgian accounting law. Delivered photographs may be kept as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technical, functional data (such as chat widget state) may be stored in your browser to make the site work.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
